कार्यक्रम बुद्धभुमी नगरपालिका ४ हनुमान चोक बुडडी बडहरा गोरुसिंगे हुँदै हाडबजार चोक सम्म शान्तिपूर्ण हर्न निषेधित र्याली गरी कोण सभामा परिणत भई हर्ष र उल्लासका साथ खुसी व्यक्त गर्दै सतहत्तर पटक घण्टी बजाई कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको थियो ।
कार्यक्रमका प्रमुख वक्ताका रुपमा रहनुभएका रा.स्व.पा. जिल्ला कपिलवस्तु निर्वाचन क्षेत्रका सदस्य अनुप मरासिनीले यथा स्थितिलाई चुनौती दिँदै राजनीतिलाई पुन परिभाषित गर्दै जानेछौ र परिवर्तनको यात्रामा सबैलाई समेट्ने गरी हातेमालो गर्दै हिँड्नुहुन आमन्त्रित गर्नुभएको थियो र कार्यक्रममा वक्ताका रपमा रहनु भएकी कपिलवस्तु निर्वाचन क्षेत्र २ की सदस्य गंगा गैरे बस्नेतले उपस्थित भेलामा उपस्थित सम्पूर्णमा प्रथम वार्षिककोत्सव दिवसको शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दै आफ्नो मन्तव्य राख्नु भएको थियो ।
कोणसभाका कार्यक्रम संचालक कमल प्रसाद भट्टराईले राजनीति कसैको जागिर होइन सेवा हो त्यसैले राजनीतिलाई जागिर नगराई देश र जनताको पक्षमा काम गर्न आग्रह गर्दै कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरेका थिए भने
