देशमा बेरोजगारीको समस्याका कारण विदेश पलायनको समस्या भोगिरहेका नेपाली युवाहरुको समस्या यथावथै छ । पछिल्लो समय सीप र क्षमता हुँदा हुँदै पनि आवश्यक स्रोत र साधनको अभावमा व्यवसाय सञ्चालन गर्न नसकेर वैदेशिक रोजगारको शिलशिलामा धेरै युवाहरुले विदेशीयका छन् । देशमा केहि छैन् भनेर विदेशीने युवाका लागि प्रेरणाको स्रोत बनेका छन् युवा व्यवसायी बालकृष्ण
बेल्वासे (किरण) ।
बेल्वासेले आफ्नो परिवारले भोगेको बैदेशिक पिडा सहन नसकेर नै स्वदेशमा आफ्नै सीप र क्षमताको आधारमा केहि गर्छु भनेर निरन्तर मिहेनत गरेर मोबाइल व्यवसायमा ख्याती प्राप्ती गरेका छन् बाल कृष्ण बेल्वासे । १३ वर्षको लामो अनुभव बोकेका बेल्वासेले अहिले वाणगंगा नगरपालिका ७ मोतिपुरमा दिप ज्योति मोवाइल तथा भिडियो ग्राफी समेत सञ्चालन गदैँ आएका छन् ।
आफु १७ बर्षको उमेर देखिनै देशको व्याप्त वेरोजगारीको समस्यालाई छिचोल्दै उच्चा शिक्षा उतीर्ण पछि आफू उनको ध्यान टेक्निकल तिर गर्यो र उनि काठमाण्डौंमा राम्रो प्रशिक्षक द्वारा मोवाईल सम्बन्धि तालिम लिइ ज्ञान हासिल गरेको बताउँछन् । त्यसपश्चात वि.स. २०६७ साल नै सामान्य मोवाइलबाट व्यपार सुरु गरेका उनि अहिले दैनिक १२-१५ ओटा मोवाइल बिक्री गर्ने गरेको बताउँछन् । मोबाइल सम्बन्धि उच्च ज्ञान हासिल गरेका कपिलवस्तुका बेल्वासे जस्तोसुकै मोबाइल सम्बन्धि समस्या समाधन गर्ने सक्षम प्राविधिक मध्य एक मानिन्छन् ।
वि.स. २०६७ साल देखि कपिलवस्तुको वाणगंगा नगरपालिका मोतिपुरमा ५० हजारको लागतमा दिप ज्योति पुस्तक पसल तथा विविधबाट कारोबार सुरु गरेका पुँजी अहिले करिव २० लाख भन्दा माथि पुगेको दाबी गरेका छन् ।
एक दशक वितिसक्दा उनले आफ्नो सेवालाई निरन्तरता दिईरहेका छन् । नेपालमा केहि हुदैन् न भनेर विदेशीने युवाहरुका लागि हिम्मत र धौर्य गरे नेपालमा हरेक कुरा रहेको बेल्वासे बताउन्छन् । अहिले बेल्वासेले व्यापार मात्र गदैनन् युवाहरुलाई समेत रोजगार दिएका छन् ।
बेल्वासेले ग्राहकको चाहनालाई ध्यानमा राखेर सेवा प्रदान गदै आएका बेल्वासे वाणगंगा नगरपालिका भित्रका एक उच्च मोबाइल टेक्निसीयनका रुपमा प्रख्यात समेत रहेका छन् ।
