सीआईबीद्वारा गोप्य सूचनाका आधारमा नियन्त्रण, अदालतमा पेस, ठगी रकम ओसारपसारमा संलग्न आरोप :
नक्कली भुटानी शरणार्थी प्रकरणमा संलग्न रहँदै फरार रहेका रौतहटका रन्जनकुमार खरेललाई केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान ब्यूरो (सीआईबी) ले पक्राउ गरेको छ।
सीआईबीका अनुसार खरेललाई गोप्य सूचनाको आधारमा नियन्त्रणमा लिइ आज काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतमा पेस गरिएको हो।
फरार अभियुक्त पक्राउ
रौतहट फतुवा हर्साहा ९ का स्थायी बासिन्दा खरेल लामो समयदेखि फरार रहेका थिए। उनी नक्कली शरणार्थी प्रकरणमा संलग्न ठगी समूहसँग मिलेमतो गरी नगद र चेकमार्फत ठगी रकम संकलन, ओसारपसार र गैरकानुनी लाभ लिने कार्यमा सक्रिय रहेको सीआईबीका प्रवक्ता प्रहरी वरिष्ठ उपरीक्षक (एसएसपी) शिवकुमार श्रेष्ठले जानकारी दिए।
ठगी र संगठित अपराधमा संलग्नता
एसएसपी श्रेष्ठका अनुसार खरेलमाथि ठगी, कीर्ते र संगठित अपराधमा संलग्न रहेको ठोस प्रमाण फेला परेको छ। उनले भने, “प्राविधिक र स्रोतको सहायतामा लामो समयदेखि उनीमाथि निगरानी राख्दै आएका थियौं, अन्ततः पक्राउ गरी आवश्यक अनुसन्धान अघि बढाइएको छ।
उच्चस्तरका व्यक्ति पनि संलग्न
नक्कली भुटानी शरणार्थी प्रकरणमा यसअघि पनि उच्चस्तरका राजनीतिक व्यक्तित्व, कर्मचारी र दलालहरू पक्राउ परेका थिए। यो प्रकरण देशकै चर्चित ठगी घटनामध्ये एक बनेको छ, जसमा दर्जनौं व्यक्ति विरुद्ध मुद्दा दायर भइसकेको छ।
अदालतमा म्याद लिएर थप अनुसन्धान
सीआईबीका अनुसार खरेलमाथि प्राप्त प्रमाणका आधारमा अदालतबाट म्याद लिई थप अनुसन्धान सुरु गरिएको छ।
संस्थाले यो प्रकरणमा फरार रहेका अन्य व्यक्तिहरूलाई पनि चाँडै पक्राउ गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता जनाएको छ।
