कपिलवस्तु प्रहरीले साढे ६ क्विन्टल रक्त चन्दनसहित आठ जनालाई पक्राउ गरेको छ । अर्घाखाँचीबाट कपिलवस्तु ल्याउँदै गरेको ६ सय ५३ किलो १५० ग्राम रक्त चन्दनसहित प्रहरीले आठ जनालाई पक्राउ गरेको छ ।
कपिलवस्तुका प्रहरी नायव उपरीक्षक गङ्गा बहादुर थापाका अनुसार लु २ च १६३९ नम्बरको बोलेरो जिप र ना ५ ख ७३८२ नम्बरको ट्रकमा ल्याउँदै गरेको अवस्थामा उनीहरूलाई पक्राउ गरिएको बताउनुभयो ।
डिएसपी गंगा बहादुर थापा सहितको टोलीले विशेष सुराकीको आधारमा चेक जाँच गर्ने क्रममा रक्त चन्दनको काठ, २ वटा गाडी र ८ जनालाई बुद्धभूमी न पा १ मा रहेको प्रहरी चौकी पत्थरकोटको चेक पोष्टबाट नियन्त्रणमा लिइएको थियो।
पक्राउ पर्नेमा कपिलवस्तु शिवराज नगरपालिका ३ का टिकाराम पाण्डे, शिव भर, विकास पौडेल, सतिस पन्त, राम सेवक चौधरी, दीपक कार्की र अर्घाखाँची जिल्लाको पाणिनी गाउँपालिका ७ का गोकुल दर्लामी र मालारानी गाउँपालिका ३ का नीम बहादुर नेपाली रहेका छन्।
रक्त चन्दनको काठ र पक्राउ गरिएको व्यक्तिलाई डिभिजन वन कार्यालय कपिलवस्तुमा पठाउने तयारी भइरहेको प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक गङ्गाबहादुर थापाले बताउनुभयो ।
