पौडेल कपिलवस्तु वाणगंगा नगरपालिका ८ स्थित रहेको वाणगंगा बहुमुखी क्याम्पसका स्वविउ सभापति समेत रहेका छन् ।
नेविसंघको विधान अधिनमा रही संघको गरिमालाई उच्च बनाई नेविसंघ कपिलवस्तुलाई गतिशील गौरवमय बनाउने गरी संघ प्रति वफादार रही कामगर्ने गरी २०२७ को छैठौं संसोधन २०७५ बमोजिम कार्यवाहक सभापतिको जिम्मेवारी पाएका
हुन् ।
उनले जिम्मेवारी पाए सँगै नेविसंघ कपिलवस्तुमा निष्कृय रहेको संगठनलाई आगामी दिनमा थप शसक्त र मजबुत बनाई विद्यार्थीका मुद्धाहरु प्रति आफु जिम्मेवारी रहि काम गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता जाहेर गरेका छन् ।
