फलाक्दै गए
जनताहरु उचाल्दै गए
सत्ताको बागडोर
हातमा लिदै गए,
देशको माटो प्रति
गद्दारी गर्दै गए।
सोझा जनताहरु
ताली पिट्दै गए,
हेर्दाहेर्दै उनिहरु
देशको स्वाभिमान
बन्दक बनाउदै गए
पराइको कुटिल चालहरुमा
फस्दै गए
पुर्बजहरुले आर्जेको
गर्भिलो इतिहास
मेटाउदै गए।
बेइमान मान्छेहरु
हाम्रा लेक, बेशी र भञ्ज्याङ्ग तिर
डुल्दै आए
हाम्रा धर्म, सस्कृती र परम्पराहरुमा
अतिक्रमण गर्दै गए
भाइ - भाइहरु
फुटाउदै गए
सद्भाव , सदाचार र नैतिकता
मेटाउदै गए
बिदेशीको इशाराहरुमा
रमाउदै गए ।
यिनिहरु,
नेपाली मनहरु फुटाउदै गए
एकता र मित्रताको
सुन्दर फुलहरु
टुटाउदै गए
न्याय, निसाफ र इमानलाइ
लिलाम - बिक्रीमा
चढाउदै गए
देशको इज्जत ,प्रतिस्ठा र गौरबलाइ

First of all I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
