नेपाली कांग्रेस कपिलवस्तुले राजु अर्याललाई बहुदल देखि हाल सम्म आफ्नो जीवन पार्टी प्रति बलिदान गर्दै आइरहदा समेत पटक पटक अवहेलना, अन्याय गर्दै आइरहेको पाइएको छ ।
अर्याल कपिलबस्तुमा लोकप्रिय नेता मध्यमा जिल्लामा छुट्टै परिचय भएका उनी शिक्षक सेवामा प्रवेश गरेका शिक्षक संघको क्षेत्रिय सभापति समेत भएका उनी पहिलो पटक २०३६ सालमा भृकुटी माध्यमिक विद्यालयको प्रधानध्यापक भई २०४८ साल सम्म शिक्षक संघमा आबद्ध भई निरन्तर पार्टीका पक्षमा हित हुने काम गर्दै आएका थिए । २०३८ सालमा उनले स्व. कृष्ण प्रसाद भट्टराई बाट सदस्यता लिई पार्टी प्रति नियमित सकृय भई सङ्गठन बनाउँदै आएका उनी २०४८ सालमा झापाको कलबल गुडी भएको महाधिवेशनमा महासमिति भई भाग लिएको उनी बताउँछन् । पटक पटक महासमिति सदस्य भएका उनलाई पार्टीले पटक पटक बाइपास गरेको उनी बताउँछन् ।
२०७४ मा भएको स्थानीय तहको निर्वाचनमा कपिलबस्तु नगरपालिका उनको क्षेत्र भएका कारण उनले कपिलबस्तु नगरपालिकाको नगर प्रमुखको पदमा आकान्छि रहदा उनलाई टिकट नदिएको उनी बताउँछन्। त्यसपछि पुनः संघीय क्षेत्र नं २' ख ' प्रदेश क्षेत्रमा दावी रहदा समेत टिकट नदिएपछि उनी पार्टी । छाडी स्कुटी चुनाव चिन्ह लिई स्वतन्त्र उमेद्वार भई चुनावी मैदानमा होमिएका उनको पक्षमा मत लगभग ५००० खसेको थियो । जिल्लाका जस्तै: न्यायपालिका, प्रशासन, प्रहरी कार्यलय लगाएत विभिन्न कार्यालयहरुमा पार्टीका कार्यकर्ता हरेक नागरकहरुलाई सहयोग हुने काम गरेको हुँदा जनमानसमा लोकप्रिय छवि भएकाे कारण मतदाताले मलाई माया गर्नुभएको भन्ने उनी बताउँछन् । पार्टीका पक्षमा हरेक समय दिनरात नभनी जनताका काम गरेको मतदाता हरु बताउँछन् । पटक पटक पार्टीले अन्याय गर्दै गर्दा उनलाई पार्टीकाे १४औं अधिवेशन पश्चात जिल्लाका पार्टीका केही शीर्ष नेताहरुले अब तपाईंको मूल्यांकन सम्मान गरिने छ भन्दै सान्त्वना दिई पार्टीका प्रवेश गराई टिकट वितरण गर्ने क्रममा पुन घात गरेको र मङ्सिर ४ गते हुने निर्वाचनमा समेत आफूले नचाहेको पदमा समानुपातिक तर्फ बाट सिफारिस गरेको हुँदा अब उनले परिस्थिति अर्कै आउने किसिमको हुनेछ भन्ने उनले बताए ।
अब मङ्सिर ४ मा हुने निर्वाचन तपाईं काे उमेदवारी रहन्छ कि रहदैन ?
पार्टीले म प्रति पटक पटक झुक्याउँदै आइरहदा मतदाताले पश्न गर्न थालेका छन् परिस्थिति बिग्रेको छ त्यसैले मैले पुन नया विकल्प गम्भीर भएर सोच्ने अवस्थामा पुगेको र अरू थप अहिले नै भनी हाल्न नमिल्ने उनी बताउँछन् ।
