युपीको देवरिया जिल्लाको रुद्रपुर तहसील क्षेत्रको फतेहपुर गाउँमा भएको घटना एउटा ठूलो र निन्दनीय अपराध हो जसलाई हुन दिनमा प्रहरी र तहसील प्रशासनको ठूलो आपराधिक योगदान छ। यादव परिवार र दुबे परिवारबीच नौ बिघा जग्गाको स्वामित्वलाई लिएर पटकपटक झगडा भइसकेको जानकारी आएकाले मुद्दा प्रहरी चौकीमा गएको र उजुरी पनि विचाराधीन रहेको बताइएको छ । तहसील, दुवै पक्षबाट लगातार बेवास्ता, परिणाम फतेहपुर नरसंहार!
घटनाको प्रारम्भिक कारण फतेहपुर गाउँपालिका निवासी सत्यप्रकाश दुबेका भाइ ज्ञानप्रकाश दुबेको नौ विघा खेत हो, जुन उनले गाउँपालिकाका अध्यक्ष प्रेम यादवको नाममा दिएका थिए। खेत किने बापत ज्ञानप्रकाशलाई २१ लाख रुपैयाँ दिएको र यो रकम पनि ज्ञानप्रकाश दुबेको बैंक खातामा नपुगेको बताइएको छ ।
ज्ञानप्रकाश दुबेले यो २१ लाख रुपैयाँ लिनुपर्ने थियो, यो रकम ज्ञानप्रकाश दुबेले पाए वा पाएनन् भन्नेबारे अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ । ज्ञानप्रकाश दुबेले त्यस्तो कुनै गुनासो नआएपछि यो छानबिन हुन थालेकोमा आश्चर्य छ । यसो हुनुको पछाडिको कारण प्रेम यादवलाई शक्तिशाली र शक्तिशाली साबित गर्नु हो, जहाँ दुई दाजुभाइबीचको झगडामा एकजनाको जग्गा दर्ता गराएर मात्र खरिदकर्ता प्रेम यादव शक्तिशाली भएको हो ।
दुबे परिवारको घर नजिकै प्रेमको हत्या भयो, तर के दुबे परिवारले यो हत्या गरेको हो ? यस विषयमा प्रश्न, उत्तर र छलफलको बजार पनि तातेको छ । प्रेम यादवको हत्याको खबर आएपछि उनका परिवार, नजिकका साथीभाइ र आफन्तसहित करिब सय जनाले दुबे परिवारमाथि आक्रमण गरी पाँच जनाको हत्या गरेका थिए । यसरी प्रेम यादवसहित ६ जनाको नौ बिघा जग्गा गुम्यो ।
पूर्वाञ्चलमा जग्गा विवादमा यो ठूलो नरसंहार थियो। फतेहपुर हत्याकाण्डपछि यादव र ब्राह्मणबीचको राजनीति पनि सुरु भयो । ब्राह्मण नेताहरूले घटनामा मारिएका सत्यप्रकाश दुबेको जिवित परिवारलाई बचाउने दाबी गरिरहेका बेला समाजवादी पार्टी प्रेम यादव परिवारको पक्षमा उक्लिएको छ । समाजवादी पार्टीको यो कदम राजनीतिक दृष्टिकोणले घातक साबित हुन सक्छ ।
प्रेम यादव परिवारप्रति सहानुभूति ठिकै छ तर दुबे परिवारको नरसंहार ठिक छैन । समाजवादी पार्टीले घटनाको कारण पत्ता लगाएर दोषीलाई कारबाही गर्न माग गरेको भए राम्रो हुन्थ्यो । यो माग सपा प्रमुख तथा पूर्व मुख्यमन्त्री अखिलेश यादवले गर्नुपर्थ्यो ।
